Venue Rental Packages

Venue packages are for our DIY clients. This packages comes with our venue coordinator and some event staff. Clients is responsible for planning most related event services. How much time do you want on the ranch?

• Serenity-Lite Package  is a 7-hour rental access to the ranch. The rental package includes access to the Grove, the Ranch house, the Lakeside tent, the Lakeview Ballroom and the Orchard. No overnight stay is included in this package. .  And, none of the on-site domes are included as well. The is is shared access to the ranch

• Serenity Package  is a 14-hour rental access to the ranch. The rental package includes access to the Grove, the Ranch house, the Lakeside tent, the Lakeview Ballroom and the Orchard. No overnight stay in included in this package. And, none of the on-site domes are included as well. The is is shared access to the ranch.

• Ranch Lite Package  is a 24-hour package and includes one overnight stay in the ranch house and all the domes cabins. This is a complete occupancy of the ranch.  The ranch sleeps up to 18 persons. 

• Ranch Package is a 48-hour package and includes two overnight stay in the ranch house and all the domes cabins. This is a complete occupancy of the ranch. The ranch sleeps up to 18 persons. Request our pricing brochure

Wedding/Event Packages

Wedding packages are for client who want a stress-free wedding planning services and want our event professional to help with most planning. We bring our A-list vendors to help you have the wedding/event of your dreams. Check the list of vendors below.

• Micro Wedding Package  is a 3-hour wedding package. The package includes access to the Grove and the Ranch house which includes the bridal and grooms dressing area.  The first pre-wedding hour for dressing is followed with wedding ceremony and reception in the Grove for about 2 hours. All guest exits the ranch in 15 minutes after. Services provided include wedding decorations, wedding coordinator, officiant, and photographer. In addition, we provide wireless microphone, speakers for light music, light refreshments and wedding cake. This makes for a stress-free wedding with no more than 50 guests. Yes, we can customize the package to your liking. 

• All-Inclusive Wedding Package  is a 5-hour wedding ceremony and reception package event though your venue rental /access may be 7, 14, 24hr or 48 hours. . The package includes access  includes use of our facilities as detainled in you rental plus event service for 5 hours.  Services provided include catering, wedding decorations, wedding coordinator, wedding officiant, DJ, and photographer. This makes for a stress-free wedding for up to 200 guest. Yes, we can customize the package to your liking.
